Our primary goal in our Coaching Program is to discuss the skills and competencies, communication methods and emotional intelligence of the manager who will receive coaching, to support them in their development journey with scientific approaches, and cooperatively to discover and implement the methods that will maximize the performance of both themselves and their teams.
