After graduating from Tarsus American High School in 1996, from the University of Nottingham Industrial Engineering in 2000, and the Master of Business Administration and Finance program at Bath University in 2001, I completed the Postgraduate Business Program at Harvard University in 2003. I had worked in finance and operations management areas in USA, UK and Switzerland.
I believe that in order to prepare for the world of tomorrow and the future of work, people need more, faster and versatile development than ever before. HumanWorks was founded precisely in line with this belief and purpose. The scope of Human Works by Cem Atat is the design of corporate development programs, science of emotions/behaviors and emotional intelligence, which I have been working on for many years and which are both my passion and my area of expertise.
I am Genos Emotional Intelligence Development Expert, and Deep Change Certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach. I also carry Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from ICF, and actively coaching managers, leaders and teams. Being an experienced trainer in the fields of executive and team coaching, I provide consulting services, trainings and leading workshops on the areas of emotional intelligence, communication, change management, adaptation and sustainability.
Along with ICF-approved Professional Coaching Trainings, I had completed Paul Ekman International's Emotional Skills and Competencies (ESaC) and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility (ETaC) trainings.
My dream is that all people live a meaningful, satisfying and enjoyable life. The most important condition for this is that everyone accepts themselves as they are and reflect their own truth into their life. For this reason, I believe that everyone should head their own personal exploration journey. My interests are behavioral sciences, systemic thinking, natural sciences, personal development and change.
